I had such a wonderful time during my romantic escape! The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. We loved being able to stroll along the shore and watch the sunset every evening. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Plus, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet every morning, which was a great way to start our day.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations.

Clean and comfortable rooms overlooking the golf course. Peaceful atmosphere and small but nice pool with plenty of chairs. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Pepe the bartender is great and the restaurant employees are very helpful. Excellent location with a view of the ocean across the golf course. Basic accommodations with a kitchen for breakfasts. Pool area is great with warm water and shaded areas.

Felt more than at home, nothing to complain about.

Comfortable room with a fully upgraded bathroom and a terrace overlooking the golf course. Conveniently located near a supermarket and a short distance from Playa Chileno. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the area.

The location of this resort was perfect for us, with many great restaurants in old town just a short walk away. We also loved being close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the public access point. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast was delicious and we had a great view from our room of the resort's beautiful facilities.

Although there were many wonderful things about this resort, we did experience some difficulties with the bar and restaurant service.

The WiFi was quite slow and unreliable in the rooms, which was frustrating when we needed to stay connected. one of the whirlpools wasn't heated, which made it less enjoyable to use.

The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The two pools were refreshing on a hot day. We appreciated the large cabanas next to the pool as they were great for taking a nap or reading a book. The hotel’s location was convenient as it was close to a grocery store and within walking distance of a public beach.

Our room was quite old and not what we expected. We were disappointed to find that there was no mini-fridge or coffee maker in the room, making it inconvenient to enjoy a cold drink or coffee without having to leave the hotel.
